With sunlight filtered through the leaves of the mountain trees, the coffee cherries are allowed to culminate slowly, leading to unique and exceptional coffee beans. We’ve provided all the information you need and tasting notes per Origin and Region, which will alleviate any confusion; this allows you to purchase coffee beans with various different cupping notes to roast as-is or mix and match to create your own personal blends to then sell to your customers.
